A consultation meeting must be set up for all packages and a contract must be signed before any work is done for the wedding of your dreams.

Planning packages are offered year round!

Important Note: Day of Coordination is only offered in the summer months of June & July and the winter months of December & January.

Design & Alteration packages are offered year round but do require a 3-6 month notice depending on the design & alteration needs.

Tier 1:

This covers Wedding/Event Consultation & includes: 1-2 meetings, a timeline of events, a floor plan-if requested, access to all inventory rentals, access to a full list of vendors for all your needs.

Tier 2:

This includes Wedding/Event Consultations through 3-4 meetings, emails & phone calls, a checklist to make sure that you have been staying on track, confirmations with venue and vendors and making sure that everything is in order before your big day. Plus everything that Tier 1 has to offer.

If you are needing a little more but don't need what Tier 3 has to offer, then we will  discus your needs to determine exactly what services you are needing for your dream wedding or event.

Tier 3:

Everything that Tier 1 has to offer as well as the following:

An unlimited amount of meetings, emails & phone calls, vendor and venue options, a checklist to keep you on track, confirmations with venue and vendors, assistance with designing of your floral arrangements, and shopping dates for your wedding and event needs while providing guidance and advice!

Day of coordination: 

Day of Coordination requires a 8-12 month notice so plans can be made accordingly.

Day of Coordination is only offered in the summer months of June & July and the winter months of December & January.

Day of Coordination is only offered from 9am-10pm.

If Day of Coordination is needed for longer, an additional fee will be charged for full set up and tear down services.
